    Happy June, seafood!

    It may not be a holiday, but the first grilling day of the season is always cause for celebration! Is it even really summer until there’s seafood on the grill?

    Whether you’re planning a Father’s Day BBQ or just looking for a delicious dish with the perfect Arctic char, check out this month’s meal plan, AKA Summer Seafood Grilling Guide. From salmon to shellfish, we have a boat full of ideas to fire up your grill… for lunch, dinner and even breakfast!!

    Let’s start with the breakfast club. Our seafood breakfast recipes will inspire you to get up and go. First up: a revelation of a shrimp and grits dish. Pro Tip: Cook in the shell to enhance the flavor. Next, a gorgeous grilled salmon with avocado toast, an omega-3 rich treat that’s as satisfying as it is pleasing to the eyes. And how about a breakfast trout recipe for the stove? it’s wonderful on its own, or you can serve it with eggs and hash browns.

    At lunchtime, we love casual grill recipes that allow family and guests to customize their own meals. Everyone is sure to enjoy options like shrimp and fish tacos, cedar-planked salmon gyros, and cobia sliders. Just set up a buildable station near the grill so you can dine al fresco !

    And when it comes to dining, dishes with bold flavors take center stage. The lemon shrimp skewers and lobster tails with garlic butter will delight shellfish lovers. Fish lovers will love the mahi mahi with homemade aioli and the fresh sardines with rosemary.

    All of these recipes are nutrient-dense, quick and easy to prepare, and easy to clean. With such an effort-reward ratio, grilling is a carefree way to get our recommended 2-3 servings of seafood per week this summer. Let’s grill!
